Your task:

- Laundry care
- The position is offered in part-time with 25 hours/week .
- Your working hours:
- Working days from 8:00-12:00
- at weekends from 9:00-13:00
- Every 2nd weekend you have free!

In our kitchen
Your tasks:
- Managing the post with:
- Preparation and cooking of food from mise en place to the finished dish on the plate
- Contributing to the creation of new menus and dishes for the á la carte business and our conference and banquet offers
- Support in the organization of daily kitchen processes
- Goods requisition and control of incoming goods and proper warehousing
- Induction and instruction of trainees
- Compliance with HAACP guidelines
- Care and cleaning of work areas and tools

We do not like ready-made products or ready meals and are not looking for ready-made employees.
We welcome experience, but it is not a must.
We’ll show you what you can’t do.
You will receive extensive training with us.
It is important to us that you have completed training as a chef and are passionate about your job.
In our kitchen
you will be assigned to all positions after a detailed induction.

We are looking for temporary staff on a mini-job basis for our recently refurbished scullery.
In our scullery, you will ensure that plates and pans are clean so that the food can always be prepared and presented properly.
Your working hours will be arranged in advance.
